Short answer: the JBL Boombox 3 for battery and weatherproofing, the Partybox Encore for microphones. The Boombox 3 is IP67 rated, runs 24 hours on a 6.5 hour charge, and doubles as a power bank, while the Encore adds 2 wireless microphones but only manages 10 hours at medium volume and a poor water rating. Both are bass boosted; the Boombox 3’s mid bass dips make its bass sound undefined and it peaks at 700Hz.
Buy the JBL Boombox 3 new; the JBL Partybox Encore is no longer sold new, so it only makes sense as a used find.
There is a real gap in water resistance: the JBL Boombox 3 at IP67 (brief submersion) against the JBL Partybox Encore, which has IPX4 (splashing).

Pros: JBL Partybox Encore uses 135mm woofer + 2x 20mm tweeters. Its 6.3 kg, claimed 6 hours (Manufacturer specified) battery life, IPX4 protection, aux input, up to 110dB and stereo playback make it a practical option for its intended room or portable use. A great sounding party speaker with somewhat boosted bass and two included wireless microphones. Measured bass extension of 38Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Bass is limited by its 38Hz specification. Only IPX4 splash resistance. Discontinued.
