Short answer: the JBL Partybox 110. It ranks #7 of 50 party speakers by sound quality at $379.95; the Teufel Rockster Neo ranks #11 and costs $807.72, so there is not much of a tradeoff to weigh.
What the JBL Partybox 110 gets right: Very neutral sound, slightly better than the Partybox 100. Set against that: Bass isn’t as deep as the Partybox 100. Just as loud and slightly deeper than a Stormbox Blast which is way smaller with better sound.
What the Teufel Rockster Neo offers: Similar tuning to the other Teufel speakers - pretty good, but not top of class. Watch for: Not quite as good sounding as the JBL Partybox 330 or Electro-Voice Everse 12.
Buy the JBL Partybox 110. It ranks higher for sound quality than the Teufel Rockster Neo and costs less, so there is no real case for the other one.
If battery life is a priority, the Teufel Rockster Neo is rated for 36 hours versus 12 hours for the JBL Partybox 110.

Pros: Very neutral sound, slightly better than the Partybox 100.
Cons: Bass isn’t as deep as the Partybox 100. Just as loud and slightly deeper than a Stormbox Blast which is way smaller with better sound. Increase treble one step in the app to make it more neutral. Note, JBL daisychain is not compatible with any other non-JBL speaker and is possibly a fully digital signal.
