Short answer: the Partybox 110, and our own notes on the Samsung say so directly. Both cost $300. The Partybox 110 ranks #9 of 39 party speakers; the MX-ST50B ranks #21, and its cons entry states plainly that its bass isn’t as deep as the Partybox 110’s.
The Samsung needs mains power to really open up. Our notes flag that it needs to be plugged in to reach higher volume, where the 110 runs on battery at full output for up to 12 hours.
It isn’t a bad speaker, just an underdocumented one. Our own pros note there isn’t much independent testing to compare against yet, describing it as reasonably balanced but hard to judge confidently from the available sound samples.
Buy the Partybox 110 for the deeper, better-documented sound. Buy the MX-ST50B only if you specifically prefer Samsung’s ecosystem or design and plan to run it plugged in.
If battery life is a priority, the Samsung MX-ST50B is rated for 18 hours versus 12 hours for the JBL Partybox 110.

Pros: Very neutral sound, slightly better than the Partybox 100. Measured bass extension of 41Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Bass isn’t as deep as the Partybox 100. Just as loud and slightly deeper than a Stormbox Blast which is way smaller with better sound. Increase treble one step in the app to make it more neutral.

Samsung MX-ST50B: $300 Amazon eBay
Pros: A 240W sound tower with two 6.5-inch woofers and two tweeters, IPX5 protection, app EQ, aux and USB playback, karaoke input and Samsung Group Play for linking up to 10 speakers. Hands-on reviews find it capable of clear, punchy sound and impressive output for indoor parties, while its 18-hour claimed battery supports more casual use away from mains power.
Cons: Output drops sharply to 90W on battery, so it needs mains power for its full impact. Bass is not as deep as stronger dedicated party speakers, and at 11.9kg its tall enclosure is less convenient to carry. It lacks TWS stereo pairing, so the Group Play feature favors shared party coverage rather than a conventional stereo image.
