Different classes, so treat this as a step-up-or-not question rather than a head-to-head. The JBL Partybox 110 ranks #7 of 50 party speakers by sound quality at $299.95; the Mee audio PartySPKR ranks #29 of 77 large speakers by sound quality at $169.99.
The case for the JBL Partybox 110: very neutral sound, a slight step up from the Partybox 100, and a full-size party speaker rather than a boombox-style portable. The catch: bass isn’t quite as deep as the Partybox 100, and JBL’s daisychain feature won’t talk to non-JBL speakers.
What the Mee audio PartySPKR gets right: 60W RMS stereo from dual tweeters, dual woofers and dual passive radiators, real bass delivery, three selectable audio modes, 8 LED light modes, Bluetooth 5.3 with Party Mode for 1000+ speakers, IPX6 resistance, and three input options. Set against that: bass that isn’t very deep, treble that may run slightly bright, and only 12 hours of battery - about the worst in its category.
Buy the JBL Partybox 110 at $299.95 if you want a party speaker. Buy the Mee audio PartySPKR at $169.99 if you want a large speaker instead.

The Two Speakers In Full
JBL Partybox 110: $299.95 Amazon
Pros: Very neutral sound, slightly better than the Partybox 100.
Cons: Bass isn’t as deep as the Partybox 100. Just as loud and slightly deeper than a Stormbox Blast which is way smaller with better sound. Increase treble one step in the app to make it more neutral. Note, JBL daisychain is not compatible with any other non-JBL speaker and is possibly a fully digital signal.
