Short answer: the Partybox 110, without much of a contest. At $299.95 it ranks #7 of 45 party speakers. The On the Go costs about the same, $300, and our own notes call it probably the worst sounding speaker in the entire Partybox line.
Battery life is the On the Go’s clearest weakness. It’s rated at just 6 hours against the 110’s 12, alongside a poor water rating and the same JBL daisychain limitation that keeps it from pairing with anything outside JBL’s own lineup.
Both include the same idea, executed very differently. The On the Go bundles a wireless microphone, a genuinely useful extra for casual karaoke or announcements, but that one feature doesn’t offset weaker sound and a shorter runtime.
Buy the Partybox 110 for the better sound, longer battery, and a nearly identical price. Buy the On the Go only if the bundled wireless mic specifically decides it for you.

JBL Partybox 110: $299.95 Amazon
Pros: Very neutral sound, slightly better than the Partybox 100.
Cons: Bass isn’t as deep as the Partybox 100. Just as loud and slightly deeper than a Stormbox Blast which is way smaller with better sound. Increase treble one step in the app to make it more neutral. Note, JBL daisychain is not compatible with any other non-JBL speaker and is possibly a fully digital signal.
