Short answer: the Zealot ZE41 for bass and volume value; the ION Pathfinder 280 for lighter, proven battery life. The Zealot is called the absolute best value for bass performance, play time and max volume in the boombox class, but it is the heaviest and biggest boombox around. The ION runs about 68 hours at moderate-high volume, with bass not as deep as competitors.
The case for the ION Pathfinder 280: ~68 hour battery at moderate-high volume. Set against that: Bass is not as deep as competitors.
What the Zealot ZE41 gets right: The absolute best value for the bass performance, play time and max volume in the boombox class. The tradeoff: The heaviest and biggest boombox speaker around.
Buy the Zealot ZE41. It is rated higher for sound quality, and the $89.91 you would save on the ION Pathfinder 280 does not close the gap.
If battery life is a priority, the ION Pathfinder 280 is rated for 100 hours versus 4 hours for the Zealot ZE41.

The Two Speakers In Full
ION Pathfinder 280: $169.99 Amazon eBay
Pros: A practical all-day event speaker with an exceptionally long claimed 68-hour battery, wheels, telescoping handle, FM radio, lighting and a full graphic EQ/presets. RTINGS finds it gets loud with relatively little compression, and its wide dispersion makes it a useful choice for outdoor background music or casual gatherings. Measured bass extension of 58Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Out of the box, the midrange and treble are uneven enough to sound alternately honky and dull, and the bass does not extend as deeply as better party speakers. It is heavy, only IPX5 splash-resistant, and cannot produce a true stereo image from one cabinet. Use the EQ before judging its sound.

Zealot ZE41: $259.90 Amazon Aliexpress eBay
Pros: The absolute best value for the bass performance, play time and max volume in the boombox class.
Cons: The heaviest and biggest boombox speaker around. A little rolled off up top and not that balanced through the rest of the range. Clarity isnβt as good as better speakers. Bass EQ is bloated and muddy sounding.
