Short answer: the IKKO OH10. It ranks #280 of 450 in-ear headphones by sound quality, rated 3.9/5, at $199. The Melody Wings Uranus ranks #324, rated 3.8/5, at $188, $11 cheaper, which does not close the gap in sound quality.
What the IKKO OH10 does well: In oratory1990’s measurement it earns a preference score of 73 with a smooth 1.9 dB standard deviation, so few frequencies stick out. Watch for: A dip of about 4.5 dB near 6.2 kHz slightly softens the edge of cymbals and consonants.
Buy the IKKO OH10. It is rated higher for sound quality, and saving $11 with the Melody Wings Uranus does not make up for the sound-quality gap.

IKKO OH10: $199.00 IKKO eBay
Pros: In oratory1990’s measurement it earns a preference score of 73 with a smooth 1.9 dB standard deviation, so few frequencies stick out. Bass is lifted about 3 dB from 60 to 200 Hz and sub-bass reaches 20 Hz with a slight boost, giving a warm, full low end for bass lovers. It matches the rating of the Fearless Audio Shangri-la while costing a little less.
Cons: A dip of about 4.5 dB near 6.2 kHz slightly softens the edge of cymbals and consonants. Its 106 dB/mW sensitivity is fine for a phone but less efficient than many in-ears. The Shuoer S12 Pro is rated higher for less money.
