Short answer: the Harman Kardon Luna. It ranks #26 of 177 medium speakers by sound quality (rated 4.0/5) at $290.99 and is still sold new; the Xdobo X8 ranks #158 (rated 2.3/5) and is discontinued, so it is only an option used.
The Harman Kardon Luna is the better-sounding, deeper-bass pick. A fully waterproof speaker with fairly balanced, bass rich sound, a separate tweeter, and stereo pairing with a second unit. Its bass reaches about 57Hz before falling 10dB, against 65Hz for the Xdobo X8. It is rated IP67 against IPX5 for the Xdobo X8. The catch: Boosted bass, and less detailed than higher-ranked speakers.
The Xdobo X8 is the lighter choice. A cheap splash resistant speaker that plays loud for background music outdoors, with aux and microSD playback. At 1.9 lbs (860 g) it weighs noticeably less than the Harman Kardon Luna at 2.5 lbs (1.13 kg). It keeps a wired aux input, which the Harman Kardon Luna lacks. It has an adjustable EQ, which the Harman Kardon Luna lacks. The tradeoff: The single full-range driver is the limitation.
Buy the Harman Kardon Luna. It is rated higher for sound quality and still sold new, while the Xdobo X8 is discontinued.
