Short answer: the GR-Research NX-Bravo for wide vertical dispersion, the March Audio Sointuva AWG for low distortion. The NX-Bravo’s tonal matching holds from about 50° above the tweeter axis to 20° below, though on-axis it carries a deliberate ~5dB high-frequency bump. The Sointuva’s Purifi drivers deliver exceptionally low midrange distortion, but the correct listening axis sits about 7° above the tweeter line.
Buy the GR-Research NX-Bravo if the price is the priority over sound quality, or the March Audio Sointuva AWG if sound quality is the priority over the price.
