Short answer: the ELAC Debut 2.0 B6.2, because its flaws are narrower than the Polk Monitor XT20’s. The XT20 is a two-way with a 1-inch tweeter and 6.5-inch woofer whose notably bright treble sits roughly 1-5dB above the midrange, a character shared across the whole Polk XT line. The B6.2 is reasonably flat on-axis with even horizontal directivity, though a good size resonant peak around 700Hz and a directivity error around 3.3kHz remain.
Buy the ELAC Debut 2.0 B6.2 if sound quality is the priority over the price, or the Polk Monitor XT20 if the price is the priority over sound quality.
