Short answer: the ELAC Debut 3.0 DB63, because its flaw is the milder one. The Polk Monitor XT20 is a two-way with a 1-inch tweeter and 6.5-inch woofer whose notably bright treble sits roughly 1-5dB above the midrange, a character shared across the whole Polk XT line. The DB63’s own fault is a 1.5dB dip from 300-600Hz that reduces vocal warmth, a smaller and simpler problem.
Buy the ELAC Debut 3.0 DB63. It is rated higher for sound quality, and the $192.49 you would save on the Polk Monitor XT20 does not close the gap.
