Short answer: the Soundcore 3 for battery and features, the Bose Soundlink Revolve for 360 sound. The Soundcore runs 20+ hours on a charge, is IPX7 rated, and adds PartyCast speaker linking plus app EQ presets, though it has a little less bass than similar size speakers. The Revolve stays consistent from every angle, but is not stereo and shows sizzling treble with peaks and dips.
Buy the Soundcore 3 new; the Bose Soundlink Revolve is no longer sold new, so it only makes sense as a used find.
There is a real gap in water resistance: the Soundcore 3 at IPX7 (brief submersion) against the Bose Soundlink Revolve, which has IPX4 (splashing).
